EXCHANGES & RETURNS - UK

Christmas Returns Info:

We will extend our Returns Policy for Christmas. Orders placed between 01 November and 24 December 2021 can be returned up until 31 January 2022 and are subject to our Returns Policy.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make with Hatsworld.co.uk. If you are dissatisfied with any product you ordered, we will exchange it, replace it or you can return it for a refund of the product’s purchase price.

UK – We have two options for our UK customers

Use our return system

Step 1

Complete the returns form on the front of the invoice. Let us know if you want a refund or exchange. Incomplete forms will be refunded.

Step 2

Go to our Returns website and follow the instructions to print out your return label (printer required).

Paypal customers: Please enter the 7 digit order number without the ‘PP’.

Amazon customers: Please enter your postcode instead of email address.

Step 3

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging or that of equivalent quality and send it back to Hatsworld.co.uk with the service you selected

Use a company of your choice

UK Customers: When returning items, you will be responsible for the return postage costs to Hatsworld.co.uk. Exchanges within the UK are sent free with our standard delivery service. We suggest using our returns system. We have negotiated a set price for all UK returns. Only new and unworn merchandise with the tags attached will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please note that items returned with any stains (including make-up stains), washed or handled inappropriately will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. When returning items, you will be responsible for the postage costs to Hatsworld.co.uk. We recommend returning your item with a tracked service to ensure its safe arrival. Typically returns and exchanges are processed within 2-3 days of receipt, however due to the COVID-19, there will be a longer turnaround time to process. Apologies for any inconvenience. We send exchanges, Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded). If you require a new item quickly, we recommend placing a brand new order and returning the original item for a refund. Exchange requests are not guaranteed. If it is not possible to fulfill your exchange request, you will be issued a refund instead. Please note we can only exchange items for the same style in a different colour or size. If you would like to exchange with a different style, please return the original order for a refund and place a brand new order. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team prior to returning your item. You have 30 days to return any faulty or incorrect items. If you now have an alternative shipping address for your exchange please provide these new details clearly with your returns form. Please note, any discrepancies with wholesale orders must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. Wholesale returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. International customers are recommended to use recognised courier or postal service to return orders for an exchange or refund. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs (Exchange shipping costs are the same as the original). We will require payment before we can ship any international exchange.

Customers who have completed their order with PayPal are advised to enter the 7 digit order number without the ‘PP’ on their platform. If you have ordered via Amazon, please enter your postcode instead of email address when prompted.
